All US parcels will be shipped by Canada Post Regular mail, approximately 4-6 business day delivery. Shipping charges are $8.00 US flat rate for orders under $75.00 US. All orders over $75.00 US for FREE. If you would like your products to be shipped in a different way please contact us by E-mail, immediately after placing your order. All batches for orders are freshly made, orders are sent off within 24 hrs from being received.
For international orders, shipping will change so please contact us for international countries.
We do not accept refunds. Please note that we pack all products very tightly, and have never had spills. Though if you are unsure re product satisfaction please do take a look at our trial kit. Thank you.
